This Privacy Policy explains how Command Post Holdings, LLC (“Battalion Build,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Battalion Build platform (the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Account details such as your name, company name, work email, and phone number;
  • Operational content you enter, including jobs, estimates, schedules, time records, and invoices;
  • Support requests and other communications you send us.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage and device data such as pages viewed, features used, and approximate location from IP address;
  • GPS location captured by the field app when a user clocks in, where that user has granted permission.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • To authenticate users and secure accounts;
  • To respond to support requests and send service-related notices;
  • To understand usage and develop new features.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service (such as hosting and payment processing) under confidentiality obligations, when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the public.

4. Data retention

We retain Customer Data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to allow export, unless you request earlier deletion. We may retain limited records where required for legal or accounting purposes.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. See the Security page for more detail. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices & rights

You may access, correct, or export your Customer Data at any time from within the Service. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights over your personal information; contact us to exercise them.

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function without them.

8. Children

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will notify account administrators of material changes.
