Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Battalion Build platform and related mobile and web applications (the “Service”), operated by Command Post Holdings, LLC (“Battalion Build,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the company you represent.

1. The Service

Battalion Build provides operations software for construction and landscaping companies, including estimating, scheduling, crew and equipment management, a client portal, and invoicing. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for all activity under your account. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for the actions of the users you invite. You must be authorized to bind your company to these Terms.

3. Free trial

Trial accounts have full access for the stated trial period at no charge and require no payment method. At the end of a trial, an account that has not started a paid plan may be placed in a read-only state. Your data remains available for export.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
  • Reverse engineer or resell the Service except as permitted by law.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the jobs, estimates, time records, invoices, and other content you put into the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to host and process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. You may export Customer Data to CSV or PDF at any time, and we do not charge an exit fee.

6. Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance on the interval shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give reasonable notice before any change to standard pricing takes effect for your account.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time; your account will move to a read-only state at the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. On termination you may export your Customer Data for a reasonable period.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service is not a substitute for professional accounting, legal, or engineering judgment.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Battalion Build will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify account administrators. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
